Return and Refund Policy

No Refunds or returns accepted. 

Orders are made fresh and customers are instructed on how to keep their sweet treats delicious and delectable if needed. 

• Candied items should be kept frozen until you are ready to eat them.  Let them thaw a few minutes before eating. Cracking is normal and so is leakage as the temperature surrounding your candy changes.
•  Please communicate allergies in advance. 
• Nachos are made to order. If you are late picking up your order it will not be remade. 
• Kool-aid comes in an 8 oz reusable bottle but we cannot reuse them only you.
